Entrepreneurship: 6 Core Skills
Connecting intrinsic motivation and inner purpose to social impact
Empowering the next generation to co-create the future
We believe “entrepreneurship” is an essential lifeskill for all people to help us realize the future we want and create a world of human flourishing.
Entrepreneurship involves the ability to think creatively, critically and engage in systems thinking. It is rooted in personal values and intrinsic motivation and the desire to push boundaries and overcome challenges to contribute to society as a whole. Entrepreneurial skills empower us to flourish in an uncertain and changing world.
We have broken down “entrepreneurship” into 6 core components – our program is designed to help develop these skills.
Program Highlights
In a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world, a managerial approach (causal) focused on achieving a pre-determined goal through a specific set of given means has its limits.
Our program is designed to help you update your inner system – your mental operating system – helping you shift to a more adaptive, entrepreneurial approach which uses a set of evolving means to achieve new and different goals.

Participants included undergraduates and graduates as well as international students. The course was delivered in Japanese and English, and participants were a diverse mix of undergraduates, graduates and international students.
